Facilities Rental

Filoli's Visitor and Education Center.

The Visitor and Education Center is available from early January through the middle of October.

2011 Rental Fee Schedule and Venues

• Half Day (up to 4 hours): $1,600.00
• Full Day (up to 8 hours): $2,000.00
• Special Rate for Garden Club meetings: $100 per hour.

Filoli’s award–winning Garden is available from June through September for early evening business functions. Garden fees are quoted based on the renter’s specific requirements and the number of guests.

General Information for All Rentals

• Filoli is not available for weddings, religious ceremonies, private parties or fund raising activities for organizations other than Filoli Center.
• Reservations are accepted on a first–come, first–served basis, pending availability.
• Rental agreements cannot be transferred or assigned.
• Reservation deposits are non–refundable.
• An additional per–person charge will be assessed when caterers other than those approved by Filoli are used.
• Red wine is prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Filoli is a smoke–free property.
• A security deposit is required.
• For rentals of the Visitor and Education Center, guided tours of the House and Garden are available for an extra charge of $12 per person and must be reserved and paid for at least two weeks prior to meeting date.
• Self–guided tours are complimentary.

Reservations and Payment

• Reservations will be accepted a maximum of six months in advance.
• Dates will be reserved upon receipt of a signed application and deposit of one–half of the rental fee.
• Deposits are non–refundable and non–transferrable. The balance is due no less than four weeks prior to the event.
