Delicious food from the summer harvest 

The garden produces a bounty of fruits and vegetables throughout the year and one of the ways to enjoy those home–grown delights is by using them in your favorite foods.

Watch as seasonal recipes and cooking techniques are demonstrated, taste wonderful foods and go home with recipes to share with your friends and families.

Cooking with Seasonal Foods

With each season come some of our favorite foods to cook with. Watch Ursula as she shows you how to use these foods in new and creative ways. Instruction includes the teaching and tasting of each recipe, professional cooking tips, suggestions for advance preparation, recipe variations and ideas for entertaining and artful presentation. Become inspired to create your own appetizing foods!

Decadent Chocolate Desserts

Just in time for the upcoming special holidays — Easter and Mother’s Day! Chocolate desserts are a favorite on these days and, in fact, most any day. Discover how to use chocolate to make desserts that are sure to impress your friends, family and you!

Filoli’s Gentlemen’s Orchard is overflowing with ripe delicious apples this time of year. Taking apples from our harvest, learn how Ursula uses them to make one–of–a–kind recipes that you can use throughout the holiday season.
